Hi, John....that picture IS Eric Westland's VG's. I don't have a picture of mine yet, so I just submitted a picture of his VG's from his website to show what VG's look like for those not familiar with them. Those VGs are MUCH bigger than the ones suggested by Eric Westand. I copied his (about 3 inches * 1 inch I think) and got good results. So... you might be able to cut them back quite a bit, but then .... if it aint broke.....
