Rusty sorry for the confusion, you alluded to making a manifold similar to the one Tracy is using, I was wondering if you are referring to the old manifold or the new renesis manifold?

Hi Rusty, are you refering to 4 straight variable lenght runners that extend into a plenum with the throttle body at one end, injectors inject into the runners? -- Ian

I'm not sure I follow your question Ian.  The measurements were for the hole that's in the side of the iron housings, where the intake bolts up.  I haven't decided how to make the new intake, though I have no plans for variable length mechanisms.  I plan to leave the two primary injectors in the intermediate housing if possible, and install two secondary injectors... somewhere :-)
