Always great to hear a young man has enough to do to stay out of trouble {:>).  Going out this morning to launch and see how the engine and duct like each other.  Nice cooling morning so engine and cooling should perform well.  Hope to have filter on by middle of next week.
Plan on seeing Charlie at Mid-Atlantic Fly in on Thursday

I emailed the single rotor Ebay guy and told him that I would pay 20% more than your highest offer. (kidding).

He'll be happy to hear from you :-)   I made him an offer, but not quite what he was asking.  The engine doesn't appear to have been balanced, and it's certainly never been run.  I'm just hoping to get some usable parts, like the tension bolts, and shaft.

Look across the bay this weekend, because I'm going to be running the snot out of my engine the next two days.  I hope to be able to trust it after this weekend.  I'll still have plenty to do, and a new intake is on the list I'm afraid, so Ed can relax :-)
