Hi Paul,
I'm running a 72" 3 blade Ivo Magnum (ground
adjustable), which isn't known for it top end speed,
but since I didn't know what ptch I needed, it seemed
to a really good place to start.

Steve:

Might you be carrying a bit too much prop?  My Catto is 66" diameter for 265
hp 3-rotor on a Velocity, and gets me about 5300 static WOT.  I've got 85
pitch, but of course you can adjust yours.  Blades are different, of course,
but; perhaps the tips of the IVO would tolerate some trimming.

Just a thought.
