The calibration setting on the EM2 was 156. The manual doesn't cover how
much change to make. Do I simply apply the percentage change and reset it to
151.

 i.e. 156 * (43.6 * 100)/45.1)/100) = 150.81

There's a couple of  100s in there you don't need, but the answer is right.
I'd try that number in there and see if it works.

Watch out for the power lines.
