    Did you have the board made at PCB express or similar service? I'm all out of unused inputs to the EM2 right now, but in the future I may stop monitoring some of the extra temps, so will have one freed up. At that time I'd order a board or three if this works well.

I don’t know where the board was made; my son (who is in the microprocessor design business) did the circuit design and had the thing made.  I just told him what I wanted (and paid the bill).
