If anyone is interested, I set up a Wiki site on my server that could
be used for documentaton purposes.  I've never done a Wiki before, so
I'm just learning.  They way they work is anyone can enter or modify
data as the see fit.  With a little extra work some formatting can be
done but mostly, it's just a matter of typing stuff in or cut-and-past
from the emails.  Links are made automatically.

The advantages are that it's easy to search for information, and no
one person is needed to keep the site up to date.  The disadvantage is
that anyone can change the info! (although in the case of malicious
acts or mistakes, everything can be recovered).  Wiki proponents claim
the results aren't as bad as they sound like they would be. :)

For an example page that I put in, do a search on "intake".

If this is successful, it can be spun off onto it's own web site.
Take a look and let me know what you think.
