I just got an order confirmation on my Evan's order.  The NPG-R was listed at $22.50 per gallon when ordering 4 or more gallons.  I ordered 4, and the invoice they emailed shows them at $19.50 each.  Maybe it's a sale :-)    Of course shipping at $19 makes up for it.
