Thanks Ed, was it 2" OD, or 2" pipe (which works out to about 2.3" OD)?

Hi Bill, just got back from the LakeLand RV flyin and visiting with Tracy and Laura Crook (more on the trip later)

Yes, I used schedule 40 stainless steel pipe (304) used for steel hand railings.  The pipe was 2" OD and as best I recall the wall was over 0.10 " but less than 0.125".  I have 350 hours of use on them and they are starting to oxidize on the exterior a bit - but have more hours of life remaining that I can probably use up before making some modification that results in a different/new header.

I got the pipe from RBWalker (all sorts of tubing and pipe goodies)

Ed,
If I recall, you used heavy guage 304-SS pipe for your exhaust headers -- is that correct? Can you recall the OD/ID of the material you used, and the source?
