Re: [FlyRotary] EGT Thermocouple construction procedure
Hi Bulent;
        1/4" is just that, one quarter of an inch. or as I also wrote it, 0.25 of an inch. The OD of the tube I used is 1/4" so for that reason I also used springs with an OD and an ID of 1/4" (two different springs of coarse). I'm not sure how easy it is to find the correct springs. At work we have a large kit of many types, styles and sizes of springs. They all have an "eye" on the ends, that needs to be clipped off and the spring clipped to length. I've never considered it before, but I've never tried to buy springs elsewhere before. I would imagine most industrial supply stores should carry them.

Hi Todd, thanks a lot for the instructions. For some reason many of the numerical values were replaced with
¼".
I can't even guess what number is?  Sorry to bother you again.
