H is an oil temperature probe but if I understand correctly it serves ONE purpose and was not integrated into the factory engine controllers. It triggered a "cold start" function of some kind on equipped engines.

The oil temp probe 'H' is the one that I lost, does any one know the size so it can be plugged, otherwise a whole bunch of oil will be lost.

 

Is the original hose fitting at hole 'E' threaded or is the fitting press fit?
