Strictly left, right, and off.  A "both" position isn't recommended for low wing aircraft.  Also, it looks like the valve did, in fact, come from Lancair, but it's an older style that they no longer carry.  Their current selection with return ports are pretty pricey, priced from $250 and up.  If you're interested in more info their fuel selector web page is http://www.aerocraftparts.com/Categories.aspx?Category=7081cf35-cebb-49c8-903b-547af5032f61.
