The Mazda cooler has
180 CU In. core area and gives me enough cooling for the 13B. I'm assuming
for now that the dimensions for the Fluidyne are core area (must check) which
give it 275 cu in, which is 153% of the Mazda. Pretty good match, at least
on paper.
I figured 1.5 inches shorter than
the state length to account for the tanks, and came up with 242 cubic inches of
volume. Still not bad, especially for my 13B. I also figure that I
might be able to stand this thing upright under the engine, and have a much
better duct than before. This seems like a winner, in fact, I just
ordered one from Summit :-) I'll confirm the quality and dimensions when I
get it.
Thanks,
