Ernest;  In the Gas Patch we used a hydraulic pump, same as the ones the
body shop guys use to pressure test vessels.  Cooling pressure is as high as
the pressure cap, oil pressures under some circumstances can reach 100 psi.
One can connect a pressure gauge and a core to a hydraulic pump and give it
100 lbs. and see what happens, with liquid if it ruptures things don't blow
apart, they just leak.  JohnD
