Cooling pressure is as high as the pressure cap, oil pressures under some circumstances can reach 100 psi. One can connect a pressure gauge and a core to a hydraulic pump and give it 100 lbs. and see what happens, with liquid if it ruptures things don't blow apart, they just leak.
