Hi, Joe....thanks a bunch for the pictures.  I have the same manifold.  I can't tell from the pictures what he has done with the butterfly end of the throttlebody...open to the air or a plenum or air horns or ???.  Your pictures do, however help a lot.  I ran my fuel lines and pressure regulator in the same place as the photos you sent.  Looks like at least I did something correct.  Any additional pictures you might have of his setup would be GREATLY appreciated.  Thanks for taking the time to help. Hope I can return the favor.  Paul Conner

Paul -
Yes, David had/has a heat shield under his intake manifold. I have a
bunch of pictures - just not with me at work.  The only two
semi-relevant pics I have on my laptop here are from his old setup. He
changed his engine installation last Spring/Summer and had the new
setup at Oshkosh.  The attached pics don't directly show his heat
shield - but you can see it through the manifold on one and it's in
the lower left on the other one.

If David isn't able to get pics of his new install to you I'll see if
I've got any at home from Osh-2004.

Thanx,
