Dave;

You mentioned “and the exhaust going through a turbine housing. “

The backpressure is likely contributing to the reduced performance; and perhaps a major contributing cause for the fuel exiting the intake.

What I had really wanted to do is move the transition point up to 28"MAP and fly around on just the primaries below that MAP.  But I couldn't seem to get the transition any higher than 21 or 22".  Is there some max MAP set into the EC2?

My next idea was to set the transition very low, then unplug the secondaries and turn on the cold start switch all the time.  But I never tried that.  You are right that it is very hard to start with the secondaries unplugged (but possible).

But after re-installing the intake plenum I have solved the problem.  Since I can't install my O2 sensor anytime soon I will just leave well enough alone.

This weekend I will just unplug the power from the secondary injectors, then work with the transition point and the mixture map, and I will re-install the air-box.

Ooh, not sure about that.  Might be hard to start and you will need to turn on the cold start switch to run above staging point.  I may be missing what you have in mind though.
