Thanks Tommy.  I forgot to mention the best part of this.  The engine has now gone 8+ hours without having the cowl removed.  I can see through the cheek extension holes in the back, as well as the air exit on the bottom, and there hasn't been any leakage, or problems that I can see.  I think I'm finally ready to start trusting it... maybe as far as Mobile, AL  :-)
