I think you have a wiring problem with
your injectors, disabling the
either the primary or secondary injectors
should not kill the engine as
the EC2 senses this and uses the other
pair.

One more thought John,
My Renesis ran on one rotor the first start. I had swapped two of
the injector connectors so both primary
drivers were on rotor 2. It would start OK because
cold start runs all 4 injectors but as soon as I turned CS off, only rotor 2
ran (very rich) because it was getting the fuel for both rotors. The
secondaries were off and those were both on rotor 1, so no
go. Worth a check.
