Hi Doug,

I took a look at this last week on the RV List.  Seems that 3/16 to 1/4 is recommended.  Use left offset for a 2.85 redrive or right offset for a 2.17 (this is the offset to the FRONT of the vertical stabilizer).

I am mounting the vertical stabilizer and I'm now to the point where I drill the forward attach point. I therefore was wondering if I should center it along the fuselage center line or go with Van's recommended setting? I am using a conversion concepts mount.
