My oil
return from the drive goes to the cover plate, where the injection pump used to
be. I had read in Tracy’s book
that was a good place to return to, so length must not be too big of
issue. There really isn’t a whole
lot of flow, and with 3/8 tubing, I wouldn’t expect it to be an issue.

I
notice the ve-r-r-r-y long redrive drain line. Have you noticed any
indication of problems draining. Where does it return to the engine, the
port in the front end housing?
I’ve
been concerned with my drive that returns to the turbo oil return port in the
rear hosing. I’m thinking that if yours works OK, I’m in the clear.
