Does it take a hydraulic prop?  So far I've only seen that the Minstral [sp]
re-drive does.. [is there any others that I'm missing?] but w/ that kinda
price tag... It seems like a bit much money.. Esp. since the hydraulic prop
is another $10G.

No.  It very basic.  I still need to gun drill the shaft and tap the housing for oil supply.
