I decided to go with the ZOOM theme on my plane.  unfortunately 200mm is
taken.  I reserved 299mm which can be made to look like ZOOMM with a bit of
creativity. 296mm is available should someone else like this idea, otherwise
all the other variations seemed to be used.  I think too, that I will use
the OOMM portion on the cowling to spell out "Out Of My Mind", which pretty
much defines my installation of 300hp in an rv-8.  my current n number,
n3773, is my wife's name inverted, but you can only pull a trick like that
once.

I seem to have just the opposite problem.
With WOT I have no problem seeing 30-31"MAP whatever
is the pressure of the day.
My problem is at idle I never seem to get less than
15" MAP. This would mean that I will always be running
in staged mode with both injector set operating
because Tracy set the staging point at 15". I know
that this is adjustable but I'm wondering why I can't
get <15"MAP.
Has anyone recorded a table of RPM vs. MAP for the
range of 1000RPM-6000RPM?
I'm especially interested in the low end and would
appreciate any input from our more experienced
rotorheads.
