Well, lets see, if the capacity is 1308 cubic centimeters then I would assume that means the capacity is 1.308 liters but you would be more familiar with the metric system than I. Smart aleck!  I get paid by the word - didn't you know? {:>)
 
I don't really know the volumetric efficiency of an REW engine, but I would assume that with ideal intake it probably between 95-100%.  Of course with a turbo the VE is greater than 1.
