Did you try heat? Cook it to 160 or so and sit it in a jig; should work 
well. I did this for the TE of my wing. My Glasair uses vinylester resin 
which has a lower heat distortion temperature compared to the superior 
epoxy you use, but you should be able to correct the part without damaging 
it. 
 
When you close the elevator the warp will be gone.
