Looks like an Infinity Stick Grip.  You should be able to get the switches from Infinity

I broke my  switch for the speed brake. It is located on my control stick  and I operate the speed brake with my thumb (see picture – it is the little tiny toggle switch on top to the right).

 

Does anyone know where I can get one?
