Back around 94 they did send the correct length bolts with each wing, but shortly there after they decided it was too expensive or confusing to carry 5-8 different lengths. Now they only carry one length "Long" and tell us to make up the difference with washers. As far as strength is concerned the bolts are in shear not pull, so anybody think that this is any concern.
