It works out to the shank being about 3/8" too long. Has anyone else run into this? AC 43.13 allows one washer under the head and a max of two under the nut. These are, of course, the 3/4" dia. monsters we might call "Jesus bolts". Any input would be greatjy appreciated. What did I miss?
