David [Jones]. For a 100k kit the survice sucks.Waiting on the phone
hoping a tech. rep. can be found is a joke. I send faxes now hoping some
one will respond. It  takes several tries for Vern to send an order .My
fast build nose gear was not even close to being vertical. I asked and
received new bearing blocks. Vern charged me $23 shipping. I built a
Murphy Rebel And they had a tech. rep. at the phone at all times.
I paid up front yet  I have to constantly put the project on hold
waiting for parts. Some body is using the interest on my money.
The fix;[1] have a teck. rep. available [ the same person all the time ]
[2] If you pay for a compleat kit, send a compleat kit.
I thank most people are afraid to complain thinking the Co. will not
give sevice anymore. Not true. You have the right to protect your
investment. Anyway rember, the loudest wheel gets the oil.
