Note--> IN-LINE TWIN
As a Skymaster driver (A single with a spare in the trunk) I would seriously
consider the M-309 as a family mover. Center-line thrust (CLT) twin aircraft
provide the benefits of twin power without any risky penalties when an engine
is lost. When asked "which is your critical engine?", I always answer "the
one that's running". CLT aircraft ownership allows you to socially mix with
tractor, pusher and twin folks. You can try to talk to "canards" by claiming
the rear beta-prop allows you to fly backwards. Think about it, two
Continentals instead of one!
