We got out the plugs and, sure enough, those on the inside of the cabin will not turn all the way on. The ones on the face of the firewall reach the detent, which is noticable and serves to retain the plug. Unfortunately, there will be some disassembly required to incorporate a fix. As yet we don't have one. The obvious solution is to cut away firewall material, in this case probably not a good idea. It is a shame the fast build firewall overlooked this. It seems many hours will be required to make things right unless someone out there has already found a solution. Any takers?
