I may be reading more into this than is intended. TCM IO-550 maintenance manual 22-3 in talking about tool requirement for fuel setup and I think this is in SID97 as well, talk about 1 calibrated 0-30 psi gauge for measuring metered fuel pressure and verification of aircraft fuel flow gauge indications. In the flight test section it goes over normal values for fuel flow and metered fuel pressure for altitude not unmetered. I am not sure I have ever seen a statement for TCM that metered is the correct way to monitor fuel pressure, so I should probably retract that statement. Dan Ballin
