Just curious.  In the Legacy, the installation instructions for the Andair
fuel selector call for drilling the aluminum extension for some little roll
pins.  This is done at the top and the bottom of the extension to prevent
the extension from coming out unintentionally.

Are most doing this?  What's the likely hood that the console/spar would
flex enough that this should be done?

The reason I ask is on the off chance that you need to get the selector out
for repair, won't it be a *pita*?

Ps. Wonder if some safety wire in place of the roll pin would suffice, that
certainly would be easier to deal with if your ever had to.
