Bill,, I am using the exact system you are desiring to have. I fly a Lancair ES which has the same cabin size. I find the system hard to use in the airplane. It is just too large unless I am alone and can put it on the seat beside me. I have a LIND power supply wired to a spare CB. I put the Bluetooth WX receiver under the passenger seat. I have not been able to get the Bluetooth on the RX and the computer to find each other so I have been using the USB direct wire connection. It works well. I love the display and the weather information. I just wish it were smaller. I am also using a Trine Bluetooth battery powered GPS. It interfaces with the moving map. I am using Destination Direct flight planning/moving map software and also Mountain Scope. I thought this would all be a great backup incase of an airplane power failure. It all works well but the Bluetooth looses connectivity randomly. I am not sure if it is the Bluetooth system or the GPS loosing signal. Both will bring up the "lost connectivity" or "not responding" message. Regarding the view anywhere. It is fine if you are not wearing sunglasses. If you put on sunglasses then the view anywhere becomes view nowhere. All in all I have to say that I was very excited to get all of this stuff. It works well on my desk. But in the airplane I am disappointed. I also have to say that because of my frustrations I haven't used it much. If I were more patient I may become more satisfied. To me it seems that for what is advertised and what the cost of this stuff is it should be much more user friendly. Bryan N132BB
