Bill,
   I suggest checking with RAM mounts before you select your display and make sure you have a workable mounting system.   As for 12V power supplies, looks to me like the nicest/lightest are the minis from vicor.

it looks like I want either a full size dual out, 100watt,  -25dC which would be a VI-P111-CWW
or a half-size, same thing which would be a VI-PJ111-CWW
or 2 half-sizes, which would be two VI-LJ11-CW

It takes a bit to decode their part numbers, but I can say that everything they do is special order and takes 6 weeks.
I ended up going with what Lancair had in stock which is the 300 watt bigger one..
