Clifford E. Sachleben, my hangar partner has decided to
surrender the Airworthiness Certificate on N-94CE the Lancair 235 he
built.  For liability reasons he has also elected to part out the
aircraft and sell components and pieces to interested buyers.

The Aircraft is located in Hangar #46 on Bowman Field  (LOU) Louisville
KY. The airplane  has 324 hrs on it and the engine has a total time of
about 1750 hrs. and 175 hrs. since it had a major overhaul that included
4 new cylinders along with many other new parts. The airplane is full IFR
and has all the necessary equipment and instrumentation.
