Hi Walter,

 

I'm getting a rebuilt TCM IO-550 with CermiNil nickel coated cylinders.  I've heard that they take longer to break-in, as much as 40 hours, because the cylinders are so hard.  When you mentioned that most engines are broken-in after five hours, does that include nickel coated cylinders?
