Place the baluns over the outer insulator.  Like ----|-|-|--  (if that crude
graphic makes any sense).  Just slip 2 or 3 of them over the outer insulator
and use some heat shrink to hold them in place.  Place them close to the
antenna side of the cable a couple inches from where the coax connects to
the antenna.

I have misplaced my antenna/electrical book.  Can anyone tell me how the
ferrite baluns are installed on the coax? (RG 400).  As you know they have
a
yellow and a blue side.  Nor do I remember how many per cable are used and
if on both ends or not.
