If I die because my CO detector is ceiling mounted, my wife will have a good
case against the manufacturer and the County. The instructions call for, and
the code requires, mounting as and where I did.

When I let my car run too long (maybe three or four minutes) in the garage
(part of my shop area) the thing sounded off. Go figure.
