I have two electric space heaters in my 3 car garage. Garage is insulated with doors having a modicum of styrofoam insulation. Temps here in Missouri in teens at night and high twenties during day. I only run one heater during daytime and garage stays about 68-70 degrees. You can pick up small heaters at Lowe's or HQ for under $50 each. No CO problem although occasionally kick a circuit breaker if I have both on the same circuit. Keep it simple.
