Your spreadsheet is great. Thanks for sharing your work with us. A couple of
questions though. Doesn't the TSIO-550 have 7.5:1 piston compression? If it
does, I believe John Deakin/George Braly have said the correct multiplier
for LOP power calculations is 13.7 not 14.7. Is the TSIO-550 different in
this respect than other aircraft engines? I'm not familiar with specifics on
that particular engine. I currently fly behind a TSIO-360 and use LOP
settings most of the time. The 13.7 multiplier seems about right for it. TIA
