Thanks for the imput, Here is what I did, wing one will get the "pin down" solution and continue to ad the pieces until the finish and there will be no problem with the washout. The other wing had the 6 degree pronounced down-wash, dislodging of about 8 inches of the wing skin from the spar was needed then it was bonded this time making sure the trailing edge was making contact with the wing cradle and secured so that it won't move anywhere. Two days now and all is ok and ready to continue. There is only a 3/32 space between the two skins at the BL-50 location, no probles there either. Tanks again for the help. Mario
