After reading Rob's post about the incident I doubt anyone would take his 
case much less award him anything for it, after all he chose to taxi off the 
taxiway. No one forced him off of it. Remember "haste makes waste."  Fly 
carefully 
and save the lawyers and court for the important stuff.
