I don't think so. I set my angle of incidence close to the lower limit
specified in the manual and the elevator counter weight is very close to
flush with the horiz stab at cruise speeds. I think the elevator trim tab
is just to small for the wide CG envelope of the ES and needs to be
enlarged.
