I just learned (from one of my rotary engine pals) that the EAA is giving out 
Wright Centennial data plates to any hombuilder who brought his project to 
completion between 12/7/02 and 12/31/03.  Seeing as how we've had quite a few 
first flight reports here within the recent past, I thought this tidbit was 
particularly timely.  More info at
