IT FLIES !!!
N63LS, Super ES, now has 1.8 hrs in the air - the first 0.4 by Mike DeHate
and the remainder by yours truly.
A few issues to deal with, but all-in-all a very successful day. Need more
up elevator trim so will have to enlarge the trim tab. Also need to enlarge
the aileron trim tab, which is no surprise. Engine temps (new IO-550N) were
reasonable - the highest CHT we say was 428* during clime out with 90*
ambient - which quickly cooled to 388* after leveling off at 3000'. The
plane handles very well and we are looking forward to many hours of flying
pleasure.

[Congratulations, Leon. It's always a pleasure to receive successful first flight reports. Send pictures when you have a chance. And keep up the good work. <Marv> ]
