If your airspeed and altimeter are available during the wing test, you could correct for baro changes. I have attached two Excel spreadsheets that I use to test cooling efficiency during flight where I plumb the pitot to the upper plenum and the static to the lower with the airspeed indicating inches of water or Hg pressure differential. I also carry an altimeter in the cockpit to check the difference between ambient pressure and the low pressure in the cockpit so I can switch the pitot to the lower cowl to get "backpressure" on exit air. If you cannot process Excel spreadsheets, perhaps Rob can post the data on the website. Note that 1 inch of water = .0361273 psi or 1 psi = 27.68 inches of H2O = or about 204 Knots.
