Bill,

      LID/TET/EPI is lidocaine/tetracaine/epinephrine mix. It is a topical 
local anesthetic. It probably costs the hospital about $20 max. The price for 
any item is completely unrelated to its cost. I am a doctor, and I have no 
clue how the hospital figures out how much to charge.

is key, and we spend alot of time to insure
