Welcome to the Denver area!  Nice to have another builder to bounce ideas
around.

I am building my Legacy in a 2-car garage.  I'm using a 45,000 BTU Dayton
natural gas heater suspended from the ceiling near the rear garage wall. Cost was about $350 plus installation hardware.  Keeps my garage nice and
toasty.  It has a spark igniter --- no pilot.
