Tom Zedaker flew his plane to Oshkosh and I parked my new Legacy next to him for the duration of the event. I heard him many times state to interested people that he liked what Engineair was doing and Two of the days he even removed the engine cowl to show the perspective Engineair customers what he had. This has been verified by the last posting of Joe. Your original price and contract for your firewall forward was $45K complete minus prop. The contract did not say anything about separate prices for engine and gearbox. Tom, Gerry, Ron and Marcus paid to the terms and conditions of the contract. You all basically delivered squat. Per your admissions the engine and gearbox that Tom got was beta but he paid full customer price. Gerry never received an engine or gearbox so how could he return it for a refund if he never got it. Ron returned his engine to SC and as of today has Squat, nothing. Marcus received an engine but nothing else. It is interesting that Tom was loaned an gearbox after he paid for it. Credibility guys. All the customers expected to purchase engineair systems and are left holding the bag. Question: Why won't your company who is run by the same individuals as before in different roles just deliver the engine/gearboxes to the people I mentioned? They paid for them! Question: If you offered to return Gerry's money, Why not write the check? Gerry said you never offered that solution or he would have accepted. By the way I think he did win a Judgment against Jim. Question: Why don't you get every customer up to production standards? They paid for their systems. Question: How many engine and gearboxes have been in Jim's plane? I know of Two or Three. This goes to Reliability, safety and Credibility since you claim that Jim's plane has 800 hours on it. Please talk about Engine time only. Question: How many complete engine/gearboxes have been shipped to customers? I find your comparisons to Walther, Continental and other certified engines as it relates to your Reliability impossible to swallow. Please just answer the questions so prospective customers and old customers know where they stand. Note: I understand that some of your people came out and saw what problems Tom Zedaker had and they were given complete access to look at and photo the parts. What is your position now? I could go on but I would just like to go back to the rest of my questions. Please answer the remaining ones and I will move on to more pleasant things.
